We include three rounds of revisions with all design projects to ensure you’re happy with the final result. If you need additional changes, we’re happy to accommodate them at an hourly rate.
Yes! If the design is delivered in Canva, you’ll be able to easily edit text, images, and layouts without any special software. However, some materials—such as packaging, detailed illustrations, or complex print layouts—may be created in Adobe Illustrator, which requires a subscription to edit.
For projects like business cards, rack cards, and some posters, we typically provide editable Canva files for easy updates. We’ll always let you know which program we’ll be using before starting your project, so you’ll have full clarity on what’s editable.
Once the final designs are delivered and paid for in full, they are yours to use however you like. You’ll receive high-resolution files (PDF, PNG, SVG, etc.). For Canva designs, we encourage you to save them to your own Canva account to ensure full ownership.
Adobe Illustrator (AI) source files are available upon request. If you need assistance making edits in the future, we’re happy to help or guide you on how to modify the files yourself.
